Bug Description
The Breezy package contains two preferences.fdi files:
/etc/hal/
/etc/hal/
They are identical. It looks like only the latter is actually used. To avoid
confusion the former should be removed from the package.

This was the location in the hoary version. The upgrade to breezy simply forgot
to properly move the file to the new location. Now, in Dapper, there is not too
much we can do about this apart from just removing the old file on upgrades (if
it was not changed by the admin).
