Openoffice Write: when you select a portion of text the button "background color" - although selected the background "transparent" - highlights the the selected text in color yellow.

It appears that selecting 'No Fill' does not work for the left half of the highlighting button, which is what I think this bug report is about. It shows like it is selected but when you try to use it, it highlights the text with the previous color, in this case yellow.

I can confirm this also on upstream's openoffice.org 2.4.0

Thanks,

Chris Cheney

[This is an automated message.]
There are no new official OpenOffice.org releases in Ubuntu packaging anymore => Won't Fix

If the problem persists, please mark this bug as "also affects project Libreoffice" or "also affects distribution Libreoffice (Ubuntu)" if that has not happened already.

Please leave references to upstream OpenOffice.org bugs in place to allow cross pollination.
