share printer to smb networks (!) HOW ???

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop
I did not find in system setup adjusting share printer to smb networks and similarly did not find where setup name workgroup samba and smb name of my computer! please correct it as quick as possible!
For 10 years so did not do the comfortable tuning of samba network!
