Bug Description

I get a dcop error messege when attempting to start Konqueror (Ubuntu Gutsy, Xfce desktop manager):

"There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE. The message returned by the system was:

Could not read network connection list.

/home/ifan/.DCOPserver_mediapc__0

Please check that the “dcopserver” program is running!"

Then, when OK is pressed, the menu screen appears but when one of the links is pressed, the error message is:

"Could not register with DECOP"
