python-tagpy missing enough documentation to make usable by developer

Bug Description

the readme in usr/share/doc/python-tagpy is brief but does mention tests / examples which would do in place of proper documentation however these tests / examples are missing

There doesn't seem to be any api documentation on the website for TagPy

having to download the source just to look at the examples kinda makes the package pointless...

Which version of python-tagpy are you using? Please provide the ouput of the following command:
$ apt-cache policy python-tagpy
Is this still a problem with the newer version 0.94.5-1 in intrepid ?
