sloppy focus makes popup windows hard to use

Bug Description
I use sloppy focus and it makes it very hard to use things like the main menu applets in AWN (although I can work around the windows closing by holding the mouse button down when I click on the menu icon).

There's a bug open for this somewhere... but I can't find it at the moment.
Try setting the following config key to false: /apps/avant-
Some applets have been converted to honour that key. Others have note. main-menu is one that should.
