test-apport crashed with AssertionError in <module>()

Binary package hint: apport

These are the results of running the tests under bug 122688. The issue is that I'm not receiving any crash reports in /var/crash unless I run the tests above. This is causing me to be unable to report bugs against other packages.

I did an upgrade from Gutsy to Hardy, so I am thinking this may be related to the issues in 122688, but I'm not seeing the empty crash reports; there are no reports generated.
