Please sync mktemp 1.5-7 (main) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
(Sorry if this comes twice. reportsync barfed on me on the
previous attempt due to gpg agent problems.)
The previous version in Ubuntu has only one relevant change
from Debian:
* Reintroduce the replaces: on older debianutils, still needed for
upgrades from dapper; can be dropped again for intrepid.
I've verified with Steve Langasek, the previous uploader to
Ubuntu, that this is no longer necessary. Thus, the package
can be synced rather than merged.
Changelog since current intrepid version 1.5-5ubuntu2:
mktemp (1.5-7) unstable; urgency=medium
* Apply patch from Neil Williams for cross-build support.
closes: #465096.

mktemp (1.5-6) unstable; urgency=low
* Bump to Standards-Version 3.7.3.
* Only run `make distclean` if Makefile exists.
