Kubuntu documentation layout not well designed

Longer texts (than in the english version) break the layout.

Eww that is ugly. I will work on fixing that for Intrepid. Try and figure out why it works fine in English but not any other languages. Thanks!

For Jaunty I am getting rid of this nasty docbook table layout for something much simpler and works on everyones system. The problem from this is the table layout stuff in docbook, as it is a hit-or-miss situation. Unfortunately for everyone in this report, it was definitely a miss and I apologize for that. This is now gone in Jaunty thankfully :)
