Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-bluetooth

Testing to use an ANYCOM HS-890 bluetooth headset which originally has been made for cellphones (cf. http://www.amazon.com/Anycom-Inc-CC309443-Bluetooth-Headset/dp/B000AOKTKW). Unfortunately, there is no auto detection.

Considering the increasing popularity of VoIP, IMHO Ubuntu should support all kinds of headsets out-of-the-box.

i am pretty sure this is fixed in karmic now. pulse audio made progress as well as gnome-bluetooth with bluez. If you can still see the same after upgrading to karmic or later let us know and open a new bug.
