Hi, I'd like to offer to help with some pygtk work :)

Vhost editing still doesn't work as I'd like and some parts are harcoded or to be heavily refactored soon.

Had a quick look, rearranged some of the main screen

 - Move the buttons on to a toolbar
 - Put a restart button on toolbar
 - Change message button to close and remove button relief
 - Change message to "Applied changes will not take effect until web server is restarted"

For the vhosts property page
 - Just strip http:// from host name on save, don't need a label
