please backport qtoctave 0.7.4+dfsg-1 from intrepid to hardy

Package builds and works in hardy without any modifications.

The needed libqt4-dev version is avaible in hardy backports. This however means, that I cannot make a test-build in my PPA, so a test-build made in pbuilder with backports enabled is avaible here:

This package has NO rdepends.

The new version is two major versions higher, and has a lot of essential features, that is missing in the current version in hardy. Amongst others it is now actually possible to navigate through the file-system; the current version has no module for that, and using the build in console for that it prevents navigating to any folder containing special characters including "space".

I've built it with prevu and seems to work fine, but I don't know very well Qtoctave, so I can't do deeper testing...

Please note, that the version to backport is qtoctave 0.7.4+dfsg-1.

qtoctave 0.7.4+dfsg-2 is the current in intrepid just now; the only change is a patch to support cmake 2.6, but this patch makes is incompatible with cmake versions prior to 2.6, and hardy contains cmake 2.4.7-1build1.

cmake 2.6.0-4~hardy1 just entered backports, so just ignore my previous comment! qtoctave 0.7.4+dfsg-2 compiles/works fine as well.
