Please sync pyrex 0.9.7-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

We added a missing conflicts/replaces against python2.4-pyrex for
dapper->hardy upgrades that is no longer needed in intrepid.
