Bug Description
Binary package hint: konqueror
network manager prevents konqueror from browsing the web.
this problem existed in kubuntu fiesty (7.n) and continues in kubuntu hardy (8.04)
problem exists after installing from CD and continues after applying updates.
right clicking on the network manager tray icon and selecting 'quit' allows konqueror to function normally.
kde version is 3.5.9
