Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz-
The following Preferences applications cannot be moved across screens using Expo:
* About Me
* Appearance
* Assistive Technologies
* Bluetooth
* Encryption and Keyrings
* Keyboard
* Keyboard Shortcuts
* Network Proxy
* PalmOS Devices
* Power Management
* Preferred Applications
* Remote Desktop
* Removable Drives and Media
* SCIM Input Method Setup
* Screen Resolution
* Screensaver
* Search and Indexing
* Sessions
* Sound
* Windows
Don't have time to test Administration windows at the moment, but I'll add it when I have time.
I wonder what this is. Do the applications have to support it explicitly?

Wow, you are right! I can confirm this here with apparently everything installed by default in System/ [Preferences| Administration] . Of note, things added later can be dragged just fine (awn-manager, ccsm). Also of note, "Help and Support" and "About Ubuntu", in the System menu, are draggable, while "About Gnome" is not.
Windows definitely do not need to explicitly support this, I have no idea what the issue is.
