It should be possible to scroll through tabs with mouse wheel

It is possible in virtually all applications in Ubuntu to scroll through tabs using the mouse wheel. However, in Firefox this is not possible.
For reasons of integrity I propose to implement this feature in Firefox, too. The user is confused if this is not working in all applications,

Please lobby for new features in forums.mozillazine.org; if you
receive lots of positiv feedback there, file an enhancement bug in
bugzilla.mozilla.org against the right component

however, please understand thath we cannot proxy such feature requests
for you and ask you to do it on your own.
