Bug Description
Xdebug is now in debian.
I have tested this build both against sid and against intrepid.
This however, may cause issues due to the Source package name being different in Debian than in Ubuntu.

Not too sure how the transition will work for Ubuntu - however, I can incorporate changes to help this along into the debian package if need be.

As a first step, I removed the old php-xdebug package from Intrepid:

Now xdebug can get autosynced from Debian. No transition necessary, since the binary package name is the same.
