Hi,
This bug isn't actually in mythbuntu-control-centre, but one of the files imported was having trouble.

Look closer at the log:
ImportError: libmysqlclient_r.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

You appear to be missing the libmysqlclient15off package or a file in it.
Try to reinstall it.

$ apt-file search libmysqlclient_r.so.15
libmysqlclient15off: /usr/lib/libmysqlclient_r.so.15
