QuodLibet doesn't release multimedia keys

Bug Description

The fix for bug #43464 was a new plugin that listens to the GNOME multimedia key press information sent over DBus. This works, however, if you have both Quod Libet and Totem running, they'll both respond to key presses. This does not occur if you replace Quod Libet with Rhythmbox. Looking at the patch from http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=398184 it seems that Rhythmbox is using the GrabMediaPlayerKeys and ReleaseMediaPlayerKeys calls (on focus/unfocus maybe?), which is probably related. I haven't looked at the code in Quod Libet except to see that it doesn't have these calls.
