Bug Description
I have Compiz Cube enabled for my Main User, but my seconly created User can't use those effects - enabling cube and rotate cube does't work. Also when I go into his Appearance Settings, his Visual Effects is on "None", trying to enable them to "Normal" or "Extra" brings up the Message that it could not be activated. Its like graphic acceleration is deactived on him.
