konqueror ignores proxy settings

Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror-kde4

Having a configured proxy, Konqueror tries to manually resolve entered address via DNS instead of issuing a CONNECT request to the proxy. This leads to "Unknown host" error. Settings are thrise checked. Firefox works fine with the same settings.

Installed distro: Kubuntu 8.04 with KDE4.
