Bug Description
Binary package hint: doxygen
From debian bug <http://
"When running Doxygen I get loads (100s) of lines with just this content:
format: png, adding :gd
format: cmap, not adding anything
format: png, adding :gd
format: cmap, not adding anything
format: png, adding :gd
format: cmap, not adding anything
format: png, adding :gd
format: cmap, not adding anything
format: png, adding :gd
format: cmap, not adding anything
in stderr.
Very annoying if you try to catch if there are (serious) warnings given
by Doxygen..."
I am also experiencing this problem. A proposed solution is available in the Debian bug report, but nobody has acted upon it yet.

Looks like Debian's latest version of Doxygen (1.5.6-1) doesn't have this problem.
