Bug Description
Elisa plugins will have .elisa extension.
For exemple, plugins.ugly.flickr plugin will be packaged with distutil in flickr.elisa file. In reality, it's an .ogg file.
.elisa extension will be associated to Elisa application. Execution of .elisa file will launch Elisa and install the plugin.
