Elisa database must handle well similar artist or album names (different cases, different separators, etc.)

Bug Description
Today, if I have two artists : "Madonna" and "madonna" in two different songs, elisa_media will
show two different artists.
Elisa for example can choose the case of the first Tags, and keep the same for all artists that have the same name case insensitive.
same with white space at the beginning or at the end of the name.
