Bug Description
It needs several seconds until we can be sure that we've detected the usb storage devices. So there is a delay between the in plugging of the usb device and the first reaction on elisa.
The user should see something in between, so that he/she can be sure that the detection is going on and the storage device is working (or at least the usb connection is working ;) )
We could make a new messages like "!NewUnkownDevice" (or something) that the hal-service is triggering on the first message of hal.
