Bug Description

Right now it's not very userfriendly to manually edit the config file and add custom media uris... The config plugin could allow the user to that.

Plan for next release is to be as simple as possible:
 - use Pigment drag & drop [https://code.fluendo.com/pigment/trac/ticket/214 Pigment bug #214] to add media sources
 - from a UI perspective: add a tooltip explaining the drag & drop if there are no sources at all; this tooltip would disappear as soon as the user added a source
