Inbox and chatroom: window borders too big

Bug Description
The window borders (right and left) of both the inbox dialog and the chatroom dialog are too big. You should make them smaller so that they match the small borders of the chat dialog.

Note that the focus ring needs a few pixel at each side too. It seems Apple has skipped the focus ring altogother in some of its apps to avoid this "issue". Secondly, the borders, padding etc. is never hardcoded but is set through the option database (which needs to be incorporated into the new themeing system), so they can be changed by editing the .rdb file.
