Bug Description

Binary package hint: tork

after installing tork (i had to install tor and privoxy by hand) i ran setup wizzard. When i came to the tor section witch tests the control file i got a poput saying tork was going to ask for the root password. after clicking ok, it never did.

When running tork it said tor was already uses by some other program asswell.

I found out that installing konqueror fixes this problem. Now it does ask for the root password.

Hello,

which version did you tested and is it working with the current one? (0.29.1 or/and 0.29.2)

Tork has been removed from the archive for Kubuntu 11.04 onwards since it depends on the deprecated KDE3 platform which it set to be removed in 11.04. Unfortunately this means that no further bugfixes or improvements will be made to this software. Thanks for the report all the same.
