Bug Description
Binary package hint: alacarte
Since Bug #116494 is invalid, there needs to be an Undo button.
In some bug reports I've read about pressing Ctrl+Z (which seems to not work, anyway?!), but it's too late now, anyhow, for my custom menu item is gone now.
I wanted to see which command the menu item ran. As there is no properties button (Bug #86473), which I experience as being totally unintuitive, I had to use the context menu.
As normally (like in file managers in both linux and windoze) the "Properties" menu item is at the bottom - but not in alacarte (= yet another bug) - I hit delete. And lost my menu item.

Sorry for the delayed reply but I tried to reproduce this issue under Ubuntu Lucid and works fine for me (pressing ctrl + z for restore a deleted item). I am not sure if this requirement is that or do you want include a menu in alacarte that could say "Undo" or something similar, sorry for ask. Thanks
