Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

After latest updates firefox starts works incorrectly. When I open the browser the interface appears in strange way. Not in kiosque mode or full screen mode and not with titlebar and rest of Ubuntu GUI...

Thanks for reporting this bug. I believe what you have come across is Firefox 3 beta 5. You were probably on Firefox 2 before. FF3B5 has a brand new interface, one that was not in FF2. For this reason, this bug must be closed. If this is the incorrect case, please re-open this bug, specifying this information.

Not. I make a fresh install of Ubuntu 8.04 with already comes with Firefox 3b5. And one more information: this wrong behavior don't occours always and when I press F11 twice the browser goes to full mode correctly and come back with normal interface, with titlebar and with rest of Ubuntu interface. I can test this with RC1 but its didn't get the repos...

Could you please explain where the wrong interface in the screenshot is? It seems perfectly fine to me.

Looks the rest of interface. I took a screenshot of all screen, including the space allocated to ubuntu panels and application title bar on top. Firefox did't in full screen mode...

Please attach screenshots showing your problem.

try to start firefox in -safe-mode:

 firefox -safe-mode

from the terminal and see if you still have this issu.

 status incomplete

Since it's been a very long time since any additional info was added to this bug, I'm just checking to see if this is still an issue, and find out what additional work should be done on this bug.
