Mouse anomalies when scrolling in games

Bug Description

Hello, im using Kubuntu 8.04 with A4tech X750BF mouse. I am a little gamer, but i think i found really bad bug. When i use mouse wheel in some games (Tremulous menu, Spring ingame), then mouse start to make anomalies - bad latency, moving in bad direction, moving when some key is pressed, slow moving. This makes some games unplayable. I think it is xserver bug.
I'm including xorg.conf. I tried to change protocols, manually setting ZAxis, but nothing happened. When i tried to use evdev driver, then my X server restarted with every mouse move.

I can confirm this bug. It's probably X server related. When playing games such as Enemy Territory, Urban Terror there are big mouse and keyboard latencies (for example: gun fires few seconds after clicking mouse button!). It didn't happen with previous Ubuntu version and it's very annoying.
