Evolution displays untranslated e-mail dates

Evolution shows english date instead of german one when reading email
(days are in english, Sat instead of Sam etc). Evolution has a 100% translation
status on rosetta, so it has to be something different?

You can see the same issue in Spanish Hardy. (Attached is a screenshot where "March" appears in the date of an email, in English.)

this bug should be fixed in evo2.30 if anyone still face this bug feel free to reopen.
