Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Using Ubuntu 8.04;
Firefox Preferences:
Privacy -> Cookies -> Accept third-party cookies -> Keep until -> ask me every time; and
Tabs -> New pages should be opened in -> a new tab;
Control click on a link.
Expected Behavior:
Page begins to open in background tab. Cookie confirmation request dialog pops up.
Unexpected Behavior:
Page/window focus switches to opening tab.

Is this a dialog still or just the yellow notification pane on top of
the browser window?
