Do you have a dual screen setup?

no dual screen but a virtual screen larger than screen size. But it's not enabled. to enabled it i need to go to System > Preferences > Screen resolution actually 1440x900 is enabled, but i can choose the virtual screen (8000x9000).

I just try disabled virtual screen in Xorg.conf and the proportions are perfect. I think this is the same "bug" as Dual screen.

I have the same issue with 0.5.29

I'm running Ubuntu 8.10 64 bit with 8GB ram and Dual Geforce 8800 Ultra (SLI not enabled for Linux). Using driver 177 from Ubuntu restricted driver repository and Dual Screen @ 1680x1050 (per monitor) using Twinview.

Let me know if you need help testing.

Loïc, can you confirm the bug is in pigment? Is there an existing ticket in pigment's trac?
