Do you mean that this is a regression? Can you please tell which
version worked?

Subject: eperl: fails to work in nph mode

Package: eperl
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

In NPH compliant mode with it fails to display environment variables
like SERVER_NAME and many others. The script test.epl like this one:

<?
 foreach $var (sort(keys(%ENV))) {
 $val = $ENV{$var};
 $val =~ s|\n|\\n|g;
 $val =~ s|"|\\"|g;
 print "${var}=\"${val}\"\n";
}
!>

gives only:

DOCUMENT_ROOT="/var/www"
HTTP_ACCEPT="text/xml,application/xml,application/xhtml+xml,text/html;q=0.9,text/plain;q=0.8,image/png,*/*;q=0.5"
HTTP_ACCEPT_CHARSET="ISO-8859-1,utf-8;q=0.7,*;q=0.7"

which is too little and renders my old eperl written pages unusable.

I cannot reproduce your bug, and eperl did not change for a long time.
This is certainly a configuration issue of your web server, so I
downgrade its severity for now.
