gannotate doesn't create ~/.bazaar before writing configuration

Binary package hint: bzr-gtk

Just installed fresh bzr and olive-gtk:

1) bzr checkout https://code.launchpad.net/~awn-core/awn/trunk

2) olive-gtk
3) Trying to annotate some file from gui:
