Bug Description
Binary package hint: jack-rack
Jack rack depend on CMT ladspa plugilns packages. It is not necessary, because it is mainly oriented for synths.
People should have the possibility to choose the plugins packages they need.

The attached debdiff moves cmt, blop, and swh-plugins to Recommends rather than Depends. The only argument I could see against this change is that the uneducated might install jack-rack and not understand that additional packages are required for it to become functional.
