Bug Description

GDesklets administration console shows by default a tip of the day in a dialog box with an option to turn it off. This option doesn't work & if you turn it off the next tie you launch gdesklets it will show the tip of the day dialog.

Somebody wants to have a look into this? It'd require a MOTU UVF exception.
