Bug Description

Hardy has an extremely ancient version (which doesn't work across architectures) and upstream has made significant progress since then. In fact, the version currently in the archive isn't really suitable for any use, whatsoever, given how much upstream has changed. There are also no reverse dependencies on the llvm packages from any other package.

The package builds with no changes in a hardy pbuilder, and installs and runs fine.
