Bug Description
Setup: Plug in USB headphones, and set sound preferences to direct all sound to the USB Audio. Being playing music, or otherwise using the headphones.
Action: Press up/down volume keys on keyboard
Actual results: only main volume is affected.
Espected results: active speaker device should have volume modified, not only main volume.
Caveat: more than one speaker can be active at the same time. e.g. I might be listening to music via the laptop speakers, and conversing over VoIP via a USB headset. How should this scenario be handled? Some USB headsets have a volume control on their wire. Perhaps instead of dealing with the main volume, that headset can handle just the volume for its wire?
