side-by-side qdiff doesn't show the full filename

Bug Description

See attached screenshot - if the name of the file is longer then the line of the source code, the filename is not fully shown (and one cannot scroll). Not so important of course, but anyway bug.

This bug occurs because qdiff engine draw filename programmatically, but other text (i.e. chunks of diff) drawn by html widget of Qt. We need some way to determine the size of filename and adjust max width of diff hunks text properly.

This was fixed by luks changes to qdiff.
