Bug Description

Speedcrunch has its own config folder in $HOME. It doesn't follow the KDE rule that the config should be
in .kde/share/config. As with Gnome, it is then a mess when hidden folders are displayed. And you may have
to look at several places to find the config file if needed.

It's because speedcrunch is a qt applications not a kde one. It would be nice to have it a real
KDE application for this sort of reason.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I've installed speedcrunch version 0.9.0ubuntu1 on Hardy Heron and have been unable to find a config folder for it in either ~/ or in ~/.kde/share/config or ~/.kde/share/apps . Do you know if this bug still exists? Thanks in advance.

In Hardy Heron Live CD, the Speedcrunch config file is ~/.config/SpeedCrunch/SpeedCrunch.conf

~/.config/ contains other config files (Qt, Gtk, thoggen but also kmenuedit which is thus misplaced as well)

As long as it isn't dumping in $HOME I think we can call this resolved. (It's doing what's correct for Qt apps to do)
