The Translation Panel Doesn't Start (Translation.XUL Parsing Error at lines 35, 36 & 37)

In the version 1.4.14.9.141 the translation panel doesn't works, i use Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.14, see the image for more information

I use spanish language

I use Spanish language too.

So the problem is on the lines 35, 36 & 37 into the "Translation.XUL" file.
They are the new external links that you put on this new version (Online Help, Report Bugs and Send new Locations).

I could fix that version removing those lines into the "Translation.XUL file...
...but unfortunately I lost those three new options on the main Translation Panel window.

(I'll add an image with the three wrong lines)

I could make it work on Firefox 3.1 changing some values (but it doesn't matter).

On other hand, could you add a little tutorial about adding new translation sites (Add URL option) to the Dictionaries list, please?
I'm having problems, I never could add an URL to the list.
