bzr-svn gave traceback during push

When pushing code to a branch i get traceback from bzr-svn i will attach that file. using --no-plugins worked a while speaking to a few people in #bzr about the issue. anymore info needed i can supply

Since i reported this i found a way around it "uninstall bzr-svn" and it
has been working i had to change local branch to new dir. since i was
trying to only push the debian dir adn it still didnt work but i will
give you info you ask.
Im not sure what you mean by running it on that URL but hers is the
output of running from inside the toplevel dir. (build dir.)

bzr-svn now provides cloning_metadir(), so we will no longer try to initialize a svn repository on the other side but rather a rich-root-pack one.
