Please sync clustalw 2.0.6-1 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (non-free).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

The clustalw.1 patch that does:

- -Prints a short help. Warning: the syntax of the options is the VMS one. For
- -Unix, change the / to a - and type the option name in lower case.
+Prints a short help. Warning: type the option name in lower case.

from 1.83-3ubuntu1 (LP: #182049), it can be dropped since the man page was
completely rewritten 2.0.5-1.
