Bug Description

The philips Toucam II Pro webcam is useless under Breezy. All frontend (gnomemeeting, camorama, etc.) display a flat gray image instead of the video.
It work out of the box with Hoary.

This is a known issue with 2.6.12 kernel. It seems that pwc module was broken : see "[pwc] Kernel 2.6.12.3; grey video output" in http://lists.saillard.org/pipermail/pwc/2005-August/thread.html

Installing pwc-10.0.7a.tar.bz2 solve this problem.

This bug is also encountered with other webcam (logitech 4000 Pro, etc.) - So it may affect other drivers than pwc.
