This welcome-dialogue should have a 'Cancel'-Button.

Why not use the close-window button provided by the window manager?

I also agree that a "Cancel" or "Exit" button is more usable in a Wizard.

If you check out all the wizards around, all of them will have a Cancel button or similar.

Oddly enough, checkbox, which is the successor to hwtest, *still* has this issue. However I think it can be duped to
bug 805465, which is about applications whose only way of being closed is by alt+f4 or by closing the window.
