Implement a GUI for assigning shortcuts to plasmoids

Bug Description
It appears that in KDE 4 there is no show desktop keyboard shortcut.
Is there plans to add one, I think a lot of people want this for example like Win+D or Win+M.
Note this is different to Plasma show dashboard.

Currently you can add a shortcut to activate most plasmoids via ~/.kde/
The problem is that there isn't a GUI way to do this yet.
