Bug Description

Binary package hint: gdm

Hi,

after upgrade from Gutsy to Hardy the gdm face browser is empty; i.e. no user is displayed and the user have to type in the username. Same behaviour in all installed themes with face browser (Tested with "Avio-GDM", "Happy Gnome with browser" and "Human list"). Attached I have the gdm.conf-custom. BTW I don't have installed the ubuntustudio-looks package.

Ubuntu version
Description: Ubuntu 8.04

Hi, my face browser is also empty out of the sudden. After a new installation, it worked fine. I'm still trying to find out what I changed or did to make this happen.

Hi Sebastien, my problem was indeed related to the bash issue. Thanks for pointing it out!
