Suggested package mysql-4.1-doc is missing

The package mysql-client-4.1 suggests the package mysql-4.1-doc, but no such
package is available. The only similar package I found was mysql-doc, but that's
for version 4.0.x of MySQL.

The -doc package has been removed since the docs are non-free

Fixed in the last mysql upload that will hit archive in a few hours.

PS nice idea of "last uploader" must fix :) perhpas we can consider to reassign
to "the last one that touched the bug in bugzilla" :P

I'd love to fix myself, but I have no upload rights. There was no
ubuntu-specific action in the changlog so this seemed natural to me :)
